The training periods are meant to allow future technicians to acquire and/or deepen their professional skills in a real work situation and to improve their knowledge of the professional environment and the job.
They help develop the professional skills of the candidates. They also aim to make future senior technicians aware of the conditions of cooperation with the management and employees of an SME.
They are privileged moments of acquisition and development of professional competences and allow students to :
 find their bearings, act and interact within the organization
 participate in real professional situations in the context of the SME, follow or assist the person in charge of the company in his or her decision making, within the limits of the responsibilities entrusted to the candidates;
 carry out professional activities to manage the relations
with the SME’s customers and suppliers and participate in the management of the SME’s risks
 develop professional skills necessary for the management of the SME;
 analyze situations of written or oral communication, internal or external
 interact by communicating in writing and orally
 use information and communication technologies and management software with access to the company’s computer and digital resources.
