Customer Relations Management

The personal assistant is responsible for the various administrative tasks related to sales. Their responsibilities thus include attracting potential clients, preparing and formalising sales contracts and developing positive relationships with customers.

Supplier Relation Management

The personal assistant is partly responsible for maintaining good working relationships with the company’s national and international suppliers. They also manage various activities relating to the supply chain and the buying of raw materials.
